  Instructor controls the bleeding by utilizing the Venous Blood Flow on the Pocket PC (included with SMART STAT)
  SMART STAT holds 500 cc of blood for use with the Amputated Bleeding Leg
  Properly applied tourniquet (not included) will arrest the bleeding
